Job summary:
We are seeking a result-driven Digital Marketing Manager with experience in the real estate sector to lead our online marketing efforts. The role focuses on generating high-quality leads for residential/commercial projects, improving brand visibility, and maximizing ROI through strategic digital campaigns.
 
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects (residential/commercial)
Generate qualified leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and property platforms
Manage and optimize campaigns to reduce cost per lead (CPL) and increase conversions
Handle project-wise marketing strategies including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch campaigns
Oversee SEO, website traffic, and landing page performance
Coordinate with channel partners and sales teams for lead conversion tracking
Manage listings on property portals (e.g., Magic Bricks, 99acres, Housing.com)
Develop creatives, ad copies, and campaign strategies aligned with project positioning
Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the real estate industry
Track daily/weekly/monthly campaign performance and submit reports to management
Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Proven experience in real estate digital marketing (mandatory or strongly preferred)
Hands-on 4+experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead generation campaigns
Knowledge of real estate customer journey and buyer behaviour
Experience managing property portal listings
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics,
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Mumbai real estate market
Knowledge of RERA guidelines for advertising
Experience in high-budget lead generation campaigns
Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads
