About Us We are a forward-thinking real estate company building a custom CRM system to streamline sales, customer engagement, and operations. Our platform is built with Django (backend) and JavaScript and React Native (frontend/mobile), and we are actively integrating AI features to enhance functionality and automation. Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team and take ownership of developing and enhancing our in-house CRM. You will work across the stack, from backend APIs to frontend user interfaces, and contribute to AI-driven features and automations. This is a hands-on role with real impact and room for innovation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain CRM features across Django backend and React Native frontend. Build secure RESTful APIs and integrate them with mobile/web clients. Collaborate on AI-powered tools and automation (e.g., lead scoring, smart reminders, chatbots). Optimize performance and ensure reliability across all platforms. Work with third-party services (e.g., messaging, maps, analytics). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and UI/UX designers. Deploy updates and manage codebase in Git. Ensure best practices in coding, security, and scalability. Requirements Strong proficiency in Django/Python (minimum 2 years of experience). Hands-on experience with JavaScript and React Native for mobile/web app development. Familiarity with PostgreSQL, SQLite, or similar relational databases. Experience with REST API design and integration. Understanding of AI/ML integration using libraries like OpenAI API, TensorFlow, or similar is a plus. Git workflow and version control knowledge. Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of real estate CRM workflows or property management systems. Experience with deploying web apps using Docker, AWS, or other cloud platforms. Experience with secure data handling and encryption.
